A durable and well-drained concrete parking lot tailored for high traffic, designed with precision grading and structural integrity to support commercial use.
This project involved constructing a robust concrete parking lot for a busy retail strip that demanded durability, drainage, and compliance. Our scope covered everything from grading and base compaction to final striping and ADA accessibility.
We began by preparing a properly sloped sub-base to encourage runoff, then reinforced the area with a rebar grid for load-bearing support. Concrete was poured in large sections, with expansion and control joints carefully placed to prevent cracking.
Once cured and sealed, we applied clear markings for traffic flow, accessible spots, and fire lanes. The result is a commercial-grade surface that looks professional, lasts long, and meets all safety and zoning requirements for heavy daily use.
