This retaining wall project addressed both functional and aesthetic needs for a sloped backyard that was prone to soil erosion. The homeowners wanted a solution that provided slope support while upgrading the outdoor space’s visual appeal.
We began with proper excavation and poured a concrete footing reinforced with rebar to support long-term load. Concrete blocks were then stacked and bonded using industrial adhesive, with a gravel-backed drain system installed to ensure water runoff didn't compromise the wall’s stability. A stone veneer finish gave it a high-end appearance that complements the surrounding landscape.
The new retaining wall not only prevents soil movement but also carves out a beautiful, flat garden zone, turning a tricky slope into a feature-worthy space.
