Rebar replacement and reinforcement repair removes corroded reinforcing steel and installs new rebar (with dowel or splice bars as needed) as part of full-depth structural concrete repair.
Performed on parking garages, bridges, and balconies when section loss on reinforcement exceeds repair thresholds — per ACI 546R.
We excavate to sound concrete, cut out failed bars, install new reinforcement with correct cover and splice lengths, then restore the section with compatible repair concrete or mortar.
