Joint Sealant Replacement
Joint sealant replacement removes aged, cracked, or debonded sealant from control, construction, and expansion joints and installs new sealant to maintain a watertight envelope.
Applicable across all structure types when sealant fails through adhesive or cohesive cracking — referenced to ASTM C920.
We saw or grind out failed material, clean joint faces, install backer rod where required, and tool new sealant for proper geometry and adhesion.
Fresh sealant is low-cost insurance against water entry at joints — one of the most common paths for chloride and moisture into Florida concrete.
