2. Can new sealant be applied over old sealant?

No. Failed sealant must be fully removed so new material bonds to clean joint faces.

3. What sealant types do you use?

Polyurethane, silicone, and other ASTM C920-compliant sealants selected for joint movement, substrate, and exposure.

4. Is this the same as expansion joint replacement?

Sealant replacement addresses the flexible seal. Expansion joint systems may also include glands and headers that need broader repair.
